Hi and welcome
As I started approaching menopause it seems that my weight got heavier...at an alarming rate. Where before, pretty much all my life I could eat as I pleased suddenly this was no longer the case and the kilos kept coming on.
I studied the menopause phonmenon and everywhere I read they say you can do anything about it. It's natural. It will only last about ten years ...ugh! Well I did not like what I was seeing. Surely there was something I could do.
Health has always been an interest of mine so I know a lot about weightloss, eating healthily, exercising etc. I decided it was time to put my knowledge to the test and have set out on a journey of weightloss that combines health after fifty. A time where muscle building is slower. Metabolsim has slowed down. Exercising is nolonger a top of the list thing to do. Sitting down is more common than racing around after children etc. It all adds up.
So my journey begins with a plan...
